I'm Angela — a lifelong educator, caregiver, and community advocate with over 30 years of experience walking alongside children and families. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have dedicated my life to supporting others through compassionate teaching, hands-on care, and service within my community.
As the proud founder of Confident Care Connection, LLC, my mission is to empower families through education, safety, and encouragement. Whether I'm leading a class, mentoring a caregiver, or volunteering in the community, I bring my full heart and real-life experience into every interaction.
I know what it's like to juggle the roles of parent, provider, and caregiver — often all at once. I've been the single mom searching for answers, the neighbor stepping in when help was needed, and the caregiver holding it all together behind the scenes. Those experiences shaped not only who I am, but also why I do this work.
Confident Care Connection was created to be the kind of encouragement I once needed — a place where families feel seen, equipped, and uplifted. Together, we Learn. Play. Protect. — because every family deserves to grow with confidence.

For more than two decades, Anna Rose Mihaljevich has been a guiding light for children and families. Her journey spans early education, special needs support, nannying, and youth ministry—each role marked by an unwavering dedication to helping children feel seen, safe, and supported.
With a B.A. in Psychology and extensive experience working with children of all ages, including those with diverse developmental needs, Anna Rose brings a rare blend of empathy, creativity, and calm assurance into every environment. Whether leading in a classroom, mentoring through ministry, or offering hands-on care, she meets each child where they are and helps them thrive.
Her compassionate nature and steadfast belief in the potential of every child have made her a trusted presence in both educational and caregiving settings. At Confident Care Connection, Anna Rose's gift for building meaningful relationships reflects our core mission: to Educate. Empower. Encourage.
